The Earth For Energy program is one that is capturing a lot of attention, and for quite a few different reasons…

First of all, we all know that the state of our environment is becoming a dire concern.

And, second, we know that saving money and preserving energy is a huge issue with regard to the current state of our world economy….

Earth 4 Energy represents a new concept in electricity. Simply put, you don’t have to pay your electricity bill any more. You can wait until the power company pays you. That’s the pitch of this program that shows consumers how to generate their own wind and solar power. Michael Harvey is the founder of Earth 4 Energy (http://www.earth4energy.com) and offers a course that teaches consumers how to lower their power bill by 80%, eliminate it completely, or even make money off the electricity company. Is it a legitimate opportunity?

Earth 4 Energy is essentially an educational course. Michael Harvey teaches one everything he or she needs to know about solar and wind electricity. The course is easy to follow and has a step-by-step system along with a fully illustrated manual. There are also easy to follow video instructions demonstrating all the necessary points.

Harvey goes on to say that you can start your own solar/wind electricity system for as little as $200. It’s easy to see where Harvey is coming from, he being a passionate defender of the environment. Every time he writes or speaks I can sense high emotion in his voice. Here’s a guy who wants to help steer the human race towards a more progressive and practical view of energy. Without getting into politics, I just want to say this is the reality of today and tomorrow. It’s about time we start hearing about it from the business world!

could i really do it…

Anyway, Earth 4 Energy was written for the novice in mind, not the expert or even the intermediate. My only criticism would be that at times, Harvey reviews information I already know. However, that could be a good thing, since working with farming equipment has probably left me with above-average knowledge. I have always been curious about solar and wind energy. I just heard from so many people that it takes a huge down payment to get started, and so it’s not practical.

The course showed me that this view is not necessarily true. Harvey explains how to get started building your own windmill and solar panels using everyday tools and a few extra equipment pieces that are nor impossible to find around local hardware stores. Along the way, the course also reviews what steps to take before setting up your equipment, how solar and wind power work, how to build a wind power and solar generator, how to reduce oil dependency and how to use ethanol to save money.

how much will it cost?

As you can probably see by now, this is a serious course for the thinking Do It Yourself-er. It’s not literally going to save your life or make you rich, or introduce a hidden secret on how to steal money from the electricity company. The course was very clear about keeping a realistic attitude with regard to energy. For instance, a $200 DIY model wouldn’t be powerful enough to power an entire home. That’s just common sense, and a great deal of the Earth 4 Energy course is about common sense. What you would have to do, as Harvey says, is add multiple solar panels and then get a larger battery bank.

This course is an in-depth and easy to follow course on where we are in the green movement and what you can do to get started in creating solar/wind electricity. The course also presents some good ideas on where to begin in financial planning as to managing electrical resources and how you can negotiate with the local electric company. Earth 4 Energy costs $49.97 and is a stand-alone purchase, with no threat of recurring membership fees. If you’re serious about solar energy then I highly recommend it.
