If you live on the planet Earth then you have very likely heard about this program, and probably wondered just as I did if it really works.

After a lot of debating and skepticism, I decided to give this program a try for myself… & here’s what I found!

First – What is Fat Loss For Idiots?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots (http://www.fatloss4idiots.com) certainly doesn’t pull any punches when it comes to telling the ugly truth. Namely, that most weight loss solutions don’t work. The website introduces itself by telling us, the fat people of America, why our weight loss plans aren’t working.


For instance, the first “Don’t Work” idea is low fat foods, and that’s followed by a low calorie diet. The site mentions that more Americans are becoming obese, disproving the whole low fat food theory, and that low calorie diets don’t work because they slow down the body’s fat burning engine. Even the famous low carbs plan doesn’t work according to the site because they are simply too difficult to follow for most people and because they rob the body of energy. Even sacred plans like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig plans are X-ed according to Fat Loss 4 Idiots because of their expense and limited success.


I must say that I agree. None of those plans ever worked for me. So I decided to give Fat Loss 4 Idiots a try. Hey, what do you know, I’m an idiot and the biggest loser, right? Oh, who cares. I’ve been called everything by now. All I wanted to know is if this plan really worked. So then I read that I could change my body over the course of 11 days. Great! I have a date in two weeks!

Benefits Of The Program

I admired the hard honesty of the course. The counselor even trashed the whole “positive thinking” concept, saying that while it’s good for motivation, it does nothing for weight loss. What is the plan’s angle, you’re asking? Basically it’s a new eating system that’s unique and easy to follow. The course went on to explain that food is not the “enemy”. What happens is that when you eat you actually release hormones into your blood stream that control fat burning and fat storage. However, most people don’t know that these two hormones are actually controlled by the types of foods that you eat. So basically the diet is to manipulate these specific hormones so that you can produce more fat burning hormones while you minimize fat storing hormones.


I really liked how this diet started out. I actually got to eat more than three times a day. This is by a process called calorie shifting, another “secret” technique that you never hear from most diet plans. Basically, I started “confusing” my metabolism by giving my body different types of calories each day. This confusion results in more rapid fat burning. The mistake so many people make is trying to burn the same exact number of calories each day—this actually makes weight loss more difficult.

Now let’s come to the big question: has it worked for me? Yes, to be honest, I started losing one pound every day—which the course warned me against. I actually had to slow down a little bit. What I learned from Fat Loss 4 Idiots is that it’s all about brains. I procrastinated for too long and tried a bunch of plans that were destined to fail. It was only when I approached my weight problem from a scientific view that I really started to see results. I have lost 30 pounds since taking the Fat Loss 4 Idiots course and I am still losing weight to this day. I highly recommend this training course.
